  • Do I need an appointment to visit your showroom?

    No, our showroom is open to the general public Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5 PM. We do our best to stay up to date on our Google listing with any closures or modified hours we expect.

  • Will my product look like the sample in your showroom?

    Our showroom samples are representative of the products we sell but colors can change due to lighting, mortar color, and even the paints that are placed next to them.

    We are more than happy to check out samples so you can see them in your space or offer addresses of completed projects so you can get a better idea of how the material will look installed.

  • Is there a minimum purchase quantity required?

    Any stock items are sold by the square foot for stone and by the band for brick. Special order items will need to be ordered in the nearest full box/band quantity and may be subject to pallet fees or higher shipping costs.

  • What are the benefits of using masonry over other building materials that are available?

    All of our products are severe weather rated and will stand up to weather, fire, insects, mold, and rot better than most other conventional cladding options. Masonry is also one of the lowest maintenance building products on the market, meaning less time and money making repairs through the lifetime of your home.   • Does my mortar color matter?

    Absolutely! Mortar can drastically change the appearance of a brick. Your mortar makes up roughly 18-24% of a brick’s wall space, meaning that 1/5th of your brick veneer will be mortar color alone.

  • Is manufactured or natural stone better?

    Natural stone has incredible longevity but can have much more variance in color than manufactured stone and may not always come out like the sample.

    We don’t generally feel that one material is superior to the other, rather that different products are a better fit for certain customers. Each has its own list of benefits that we would love to discuss in greater detail with you.

  • Can I install this myself?

    Our thin brick veneers and limewash products are very DIY friendly. We strongly recommend hiring a professional for our stone veneers and full bed brick masonry.

  • Do you offery delivery?

    We do offer delivery services. These are subbed out to local drivers and we pass that charge over to you. We’re more than happy to get you an estimate when you are placing an order.

  • What is your return policy?

    All items returned are subject to inspection. Only clean, unused material will be accepted for credit less a 25% minimum restocking fee. No special-order items or custom-colored items will be accepted for credit. Returned brick must be in full strap. Loose product will not be accepted for return.
